We are excited to announce that starting this week, Year 5 pupils have stepped into important leadership roles within the school community. This initiative provides a wonderful opportunity for them to develop their leadership skills in preparation for their final year in Year 6, while also fostering a strong sense of community spirit.
On a rota system, Year 5 pupils have become the school’s lunch monitors, assisting our younger pupils with their lunchtime routines each day. Their guidance will help create a welcoming and organised environment during lunch, while also giving them the chance to act as role models for the younger children.
This marks an exciting step for our Year 5 pupils as they contribute positively to the school and gain valuable skills in teamwork, responsibility, and leadership. We look forward to seeing them embrace these roles and the sense of pride that comes with making a difference in their school community.
