At the start of the term, we enlisted two teams for the Quiz Club National Mathematics Championship 2023-24: one consisting of Year 5 pupils and the other of Year 6 pupils.
The National Mathematics Championship challenges children’s mathematical ability, mental dexterity, accurate question comprehension and speed of calculation, testing and extending their knowledge of time, measurement, money, fractions, decimals, percentages, statistics, geometry, and algebra, all within an environment that is exciting and great fun.
Both teams recently competed in the Area Heat, and it brings us great joy to announce that both have successfully advanced to the semi-finals.
