Congratulations to Year 5 pupils Alice, Miles and Scarlett who have been selected as finalists in the Harrogate Ladies’ College Inspirational Women Essay Writing Competition.
Our talented writers are set to attend a luncheon at Harrogate Ladies’ College on Wednesday 15 May where the winners of each category, along with any special commendations, will be announced.
We held our own in-school competition and after careful consideration, our finalists were selected: Reuben, Willow, Narayan, Theo, Alexa, Emmie, Anika, Harry C, and Barney. The finalist’s pieces were read out during assembly, and following a vote by both pupils and teachers, we proudly crowned Emmie, Willow, and Narayan as our Richmond House Essay Writing champions.
